The best part of teaching is how powerful and influential it can be in someone else’s life. I believe education can change the world and that it can inspire individuals to push themselves to become their best. I believe that being a part of that teaching process is one of the most important and rewarding experiences. I think the best way to improve a student’s learning style is to focus on his or her strengths. Once we figure out what areas need improvement, I like to try to adjust our routine in order to accommodate that student’s needs. Additionally, I believe organization and time management are critical in order to have a successful school year.
